30 days from delivery. That’s the window to request a return with Pvdhorst. We keep the steps simple and tell you upfront who covers return shipping in each situation.

1. Return window
Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days after your order shows delivered.
2. What qualifies for a return
- Defective or damaged items on arrival
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size shipped
- Item significantly different from the product description/photos
- Change of mind on eligible, non-final-sale items (see condition rules below)
3. Item condition requirements
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- All original tags attached
- In original packaging where possible
- No stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
No restocking fee.
4. Photos/proof we need
- Clear, well‑lit photos of the issue (close-up of defect/damage if applicable)
- Photo of the size tag
- Full front and back photos of the item
- For wrong item/size shipped: include a photo of the packing slip if available
5. How to request a return (step by step)

- Include your order number in the subject line.
- Tell us the reason for the return and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
- Attach the required photos listed above.
- Wait for our approval email with return instructions.

We’ll provide return instructions in the approval email. Do not ship anything back until you receive those instructions.
7. Items we cannot accept
- Used, worn, washed, or altered items
- Items missing original tags
- Items with stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery
- Minor cosmetic variations (for example, slight color differences due to screen settings)
8. Exchanges
- Size/color exchanges are available if the item is in stock.
- If the requested exchange is unavailable, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
- Refund processing time after we receive and inspect the item: 5–7 business days, with 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post it to your statement.
9. Approval and response time
