Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Pvdhorst. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale".

The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
