We accept 4 payment methods. Checkout is straightforward and secure so you can place your order with confidence. Below is exactly how you can pay, what appears at checkout, and what to try if a payment doesn’t go through.

2. Currency and taxes
- All prices are listed and charged in USD.
- Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable before you confirm your order.
- If your card or account is in another currency, your bank or provider may handle conversion and may apply its own fees.
3. Checkout security
- Encryption in transit: Your payment details are protected by HTTPS/TLS during checkout.
- No full card data stored: Pvdhorst does not store full card numbers or CVC/CVV on our storefront.
- Trusted processors: Payments are handled securely by our listed payment providers.
4. Billing address match
For card payments, the billing address you enter must match the address on file with your card issuer. A mismatch is a common reason for bank declines.
5. If a payment fails
- Check the basics: card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV, name on card, and ZIP/postal code.
- Confirm your billing address exactly matches your card issuer’s records (including abbreviations and postal code format).
- Retry the same method after a moment, or try another accepted method from the list above.
- Try a different browser or device, and disable VPN if active.
- Contact your bank to approve or remove any security hold.

- Complete any extra bank verification (for example, a one-time passcode) if prompted.
- Ensure the name on the payment method matches the name used at checkout.
- Avoid special characters in address lines if your bank rejects them.
