1. How do I place an order and what happens after checkout?
Add your items to cart, proceed to checkout, and pay using PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email right away, and we begin preparing your package within our standard handling time of 1-1 business days. Prices are charged in USD, and taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.

Shipping
3. What are the shipping costs and timelines?
Shipping costs $6.99 per order. We prepare orders in 1-1 business days, and delivery usually takes 2-5 business days once shipped. You’ll see the full shipping charge and any applicable taxes at checkout.
4. When do I get tracking information?
We email your tracking details as soon as your order ships. Use that tracking to follow your package’s progress from our door to yours.
Returns
5. What is your return window and what do I need to start a return?
You can request a return within 30 days from delivery. To start, email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return so we can share next steps. There’s no restocking fee, and the original shipping fee is refunded only when Pvdhorst is at fault.
6. How long do refunds take after you receive my return?
We process refunds in 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
